This journal includes 180 lined pages for daily journaling. It also includes 60 pages of monthly challenges, journal prompts, goal settings, intentional social commitments, and faith based inspiration. Sometimes it is hard to get out of a negative head space, and it is important that we consistently initiate small changes to strengthen our body, minds, soul, and spirit.
